The delivery process varies according to the address and shipping company. All your orders are delivered by express shipping. You can track your order with the shipping code provided.

4-Where Is My Order?
You can track your order with the tracking code provided by SMS and e-mail. You can also locate your tracking information in your Modanisa account. After logging in, click on your username then select ‘’ORDER ’’ to access your order history/status details. You can also click on ‘’Where Is My Order?’’ on the homepage and track your order.
5-How can I track my order sent to shipping company?
After your order is sent to the shipping company, you will be informed by SMS and e-mail and given your ‘’Shipping Code’’. After logging in, click ‘’Username’’ on the right side of the homepage and then click on ‘’Orders’’ to check your order status. Besides, after placing your order, you can click on ‘’Where Is My Order?’’ on the homepage and track your order
6-Can my order be delivered by courier to my address?
You can check to see if your home country is on the shipping list. If your home country is not on the list, you can send an e-mail to [email protected] and ask that your country be added to the list.

8-Which shipping companies do you work with?

9-What should I pay attention to when I receive my order?
- Before accepting the package from the delivery company, you should check if it has been opened, torned, crushed, or soaked. 10-My order was delivered, but I was not at home. What can I do?

12-Will my orders purchased on different dates be delivered with the same shipping?
Your Each order will be considered as a separate dispatch. There is no guarantee that orders purchased on different dates will be shipped at the same time. If you choose the Cash on Delivery payment method, your two orders may be delivered at the same time if your previous order has not been invoiced yet.
